Deadflow3r said: I prefer cold food over hot. That's so funny. Me too. And/or room temperature. Like, when I used to eat cooked foods, e.g. soup, I would shake salt into it and it was fine, but if it cooled before I finished it I couldn't finish it because it was too salty. That's bad. I'm learning the true tastes of foods now. I know I truly hate okra, but I'm loving everything else raw so far.

LOL, I know that I love fried okra if done right, but cold, hmmmm; I can see how that would not work. There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin.

You know they say that thin people get more sleep. But... Prince and Madonna are notorious for barely sleeping 4 hours. Both of them are also slim around the waist at 54 (both turn 55 this summer).
Sooo, what are we to believe??????
i do think that clearing your mind and body before you sleep is a good idea. Just based on WHAT DO you want to dream about? If you go to bed stressing about an issue, it can not be good for your dreams. There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. I agree with morningside. I think that some "calming music" actually makes me feel stressed out. I would love a tape of a thunderstorm vs a nice pleasant rainfall for instance. O.K. today is February 14th and this is "feel sorry for myself" day. That often means start eating like a big pig day. I have worked too hard to get just this far, really.
Anyway, I am living in New Orleans and from Superbowl on February 2nd until now, I have lost a bit of focus.
Can not wait until tomorrow morning.
