I wonder how much this Raspberry Ketone costs.

I have been adding flax to my yogurt, that is so 2011 at this point, lol.

I'm still hovering around 200lbs and it is bugging the crap out of me. I so badly want to get under 190 so that I never see 200 again.mad

Ketone costs $25 for a 5-month supply, I got it on Costco's website.

Here's the segment on Dr. Oz, ignore the ad on the bottom of the screen as it was added by the person who uploaded the video.

I went into the local GNC and talked to the guy there about it.

He recomended something called CAL instead. Have you ever heard of it?

I need to do something because I am being as good as gold and so very stuck at the 195- 200lbs.

HOWEVER,

I do not want to be as thin as that lady!!! I really like the look of fat on a womans body. I think it is sexy and I do not think that I will feel sexy if I can see my bones all over the place. I want to get stronger, stay feeling plush but not this plush. I keep looking at Ernestine Shepherd and she isn't bone thin at all.

2013 is my year to get physically STRONG!!!

Still doing Dr. Layne Norton's PHAT routine. I slipped a bit during the holidays and pigged-out, but no big deal. I can splurge every once in a while. Eating chit'lins one day a year won't kill me.

I don't even know what the PHAT routine is. Dear Lord, so much to learn.

Right now I am at a library that takes about 40 minutes to get to from my house. I have been putting in at least 2 hours of walking time a day.

I want to be one of those "nicely" padded chicks whose curves have some firmness to them. (Verses that loose fat that just shakes like melting jello, yuk).

I started eating raw vegan just yesterday...(fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds.) It was very good, especially the carob & banana smoothie. And I feel great. I can do this. I love sashimi and will probably have that from time to time as well. Yay!

Sounds good.

I still am eating eggs, some cheese that is already in a salad, and yogurt.

I never had Sashimi, must google it. wink

There is sushi and then there is sashimi. Sashimi is just the raw fish without the cooked rice.

Have you checked out myfitnesspal.com? Awesome site, much like Weight Watchers, but totally free! I started using it last year. There's a great forum on there too, with amazing success stories.

When I started tracking my calories, I couldn't believe how much I was overeating. My goal was to lose 20 pounds. I slacked off in the summer, and only ended up losing 15 pounds. All without much exercise at all, just calorie counting. I'd love to exercise more, but have major feet and stamina problems due to meds I'm currently on.

My health goal for this new year is to lose that last remaining five pounds, should be no problem. Try to get serious about some sort of gentle yoga program, meditate more and seek peace!

I also want to get my family on a healthy diet. I'm the shopper and cook. I make home made meals daily. I make a lot of things from scratch, that others normally buy, but when I go on kicks of buying exclusively healthy snacks, my family is in revolt! My husband and son who drives, will actually leave and go to Taco Bell or McDonald's when they see that I've made some sort of nice, healthy dinner. The other two kids will not eat and scrounge around for junk food later on.

Just today, the only processed junk food in the house is a box of Pop Tarts. We have so much other food due to the holidays. Tons of homemade cookies, fresh cut veggies, crackers, breads, meats, hummus, yogurt, cheeses, etc. What does my husband do? Makes a run to the store and comes back with store brand cookies, frozen burritos, tater tots and chips!

Agree on MFP; I signed up there, to try to figure out what macros work for me; currently working on reducing my Body Fat%. The Forums are really helpful and there are some great people on there happy to support and offer advice.

Today I walked my 2 hours and I went to walmart and got 3 bottles of hydroxytrim pills. It will only last me a month but it may be what is needed to get me off of my plateau. I then went to a free breakfast and talked to this guy Tony, a former athlete. We talked about how people on a limited income can stay fit.

I am trying to convince him to write a book. It will be about being very fit without a gym membership. It will be fitness and diet for those who are living on less than $25, 000 a year.

Well here we go, still working it.

I bought some hydroxycut and have only used 3 pills a day for a couple of days now. We shall see if this gets me past my plateau.

I really want this to be the year I get strong. REALLY STRONG.

I have never even thought of running a marathon but I am reading a fitness book by Donna Richardson Joyner called "witness to fitness" and she tells of a woman who was 400lbs and got slim and ran a mini marathon!!1

I did not buy the book for the Witness part. I bought it because she used simple hand weights. No big financial investment.

I am enjoying her Christian take on fitness despite not being a Christian.

O.K.

As many of you may know, I am on disability.

I keep reminding myself that time is money and that I really have a great deal of time to do what I want. Right now my daughter is living with my sister in another state so I have all the time in the world.

The hard part?

Loneliness can trick you into wasting your time.

Walking is pretty meditative. It reminds me to keep myself on track. I weigh around 198lbs. So close to getting back to 200lbs.

I was 252lbs at my highest but this weight isn't good enough.

I want so badly to be kick ass strong. STRONG, STRONG!!!!!!!

I don't think I have ever jogged more then a mile in my life.

By the end of this year I want to run a mini marathon.

I also want to take up some sort of sport that works out my torso.

I want to be able to kick ass. boxing

I think that uPtoWnNY is a proponent of those.

I put in a really good workout on Thursday and had every intention of going back on Saturday...but that was a complete FAIL. Went out instead and drank too much.

I have my gym clothes in the car and have every intention of hitting the gym on the way home.

I don't believe a THING "Dr." Oz says.

We watch that show every day here at the office (and by "we" I mean the women I work with). He's got some new incredible diet almost every single day.

I think the dude is full of hot air. How the hell many "incredible diets!" can there be?!?

This article is long, but I think it's worthy reading for anyone who takes his advice. I personally have never seen this show, but I've heard that he recommends a lot of products and remedies that are not based on the best available evidence, to put it politely.

This is too bad because once his credibility is shot, he will not get it back. Right now he has all of us fatties eating out of the palm of his hand. His diet miracles overlap already; I mean really, should I be eating coffee extract, raspberry extract or this garcinia stuff? It gets nuts.

I was back up to 200lbs in early January, around the 6th or 7th.

I had enough!!! I kept losing weight steadily but once I got to 200lbs in June of 2012 I seemed to keep bouncing back to that number. (200-193-200-205-200-195-200 etc)

Sooo, I have tried Hydroxycut and it seems to be working. I am down to 194 and hopefully I will go below 190.

I was getting pretty bummed out because until June I clearly took off 3 to 7 pounds each month and that was fine for me.

I am also walking a lot and watching what I eat.

Well bitches, maybe that is why I am losing the weight. I do not have nice big boobs, I have a nice big stomach. That is the way my body packs on weight. There are men that like big asses, men that like big boobs, but few and far between that dig a big belly.
