he's alllllllllll the way in the backon the left side by the window, looks like a bow is touching his head.. my daughter and grandbabies didnt attend this party sad

This is something I always wondered and always wanted to ask, and it struck me again looking at your picture; - is it generally acceptable or even common in American households to keep on your shoes inside, or is it only when you are having some sort of "dinner party" and more people are coming over that it is alright? I have noticed that on some occasions (and in movies, of course, although I don't take that quite as literally) and have wondered about it for a while now.
