Dalia -- I want to clarify one thing so there won't be confusion about the last line above. The zodiac is not really based on the position of the stars, but instead based on the solistices and the equinoxes. That's why the spring equinox always starts the Aries season, no matter what. And then from the equinox, the year is divided into 12 sun signs.

This is important because it rebuffs the ludicrous insistence from critics that stars have moved and thrown off the zodiac. Yes, the constellations have moved. But they are symbolic not the actual basis for astrology so that has no effect whatsoever.

This is why the signs are still effective over the centuries even though planetary bodies have shifted. The solstices and equinoxes are based on the sun's position, thus the sun sign being the basic starting point of astrology.

So, just clarifying.
