Honestly, I rarely carry cash nowadays. Usually I have maybe $20 on me just like you.

I didn't think people actually carried cash anymore. I never pay with cash and I never see anyone I know pay with cash either.

I sometimes pay by credit card but I almost always pay by interac. So it's usually hard for me to find enough change to buy a coffee.

Usually no more than $20. If I'm going out on the town I take cash out as credit cars at bars, clubs & shows and such works but is annoying. But that's few and far between these days.

My bf always has tons of cash on him. It's very strange to me. But he was a bartender and server for lots o' years so I think it's just what he's used to. He told me when he bartended he'd often have up to $10,000 in cash stashed in his apartment. I told him it made him sound like a criminal. lol

I have never heard of interac. This makes me think Minneapolis is horribly behind the times.

What is it?

Not much - the most I'll ever have is probably $40 - $50 unless I'm traveling then I take more.

Like TD3 said, I try to always have a little cash in case I get mugged by a crazy crackhead. At least I'd have something to give them. But then again, if they're crazy they might kill me anyway. shrug

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Usually none. It's a standing joke.

I only get cash out if I know i'll be in a situation where I might not be able to use a debit card. Right now I have maybe...like, 7 pence in my purse.

The only time I have a stash of cash in my purse is when i'm going out for a few drinks. Or i'm in a foreign country.

I never have cash on me either. debit card works almost everywhere so...there really is no need. I almost fumble with cash now because I'm so unfamiliar with it.
