Lee Evans deserves goat horns too. In that pressure situation, you HAVE to secure the ball. Can't let the defender knock it out of your hands.

I saw a replay of that failed catch.

disbelief

It's easy to be a Monday Morning Quarterback....and I can't catch a ball for shit myself...BUT it looks like he had it and instead of hugging the ball to secure it, he tried to move away from the other dude and opened himself up to have it knocked out of his grasp.

I feel bad for the dude...but not TOO bad 'cuz he's making a LOT of money to catch a ball and failed.

razz

Yep, it's all on Evans. And let's be honest, Harbaugh fucked up too. They were rushing to get Cundiff on the field because the play clock was running down. He had a time out left - why not use it????? From what I've heard, the Ravens sideline was a mess - they weren't sure what down it was. Damn, you can't have those screw-ups with a Super Bowl on the line. There's no guarantee you'll get in this position next season. It could have easily been the Harbaugh Bowl if both Baltimore & SF handled their business.

The look on Terrell Suggs face said it all. Those cats must be dying inside. The Ravens and their fans will be thinking about this for a long time. No way Cundiff is on the team next season.

I saw Cundiff and Ravens rushing out but I thought the Patriots went ahead and called a timeout to try to ice him anyway; didn't they?

Word is that Cundiff usually watches the scoreboard for down and distance. The Patriots

scoreboard operator had the scoreboard stating it was 2nd down. The Ravens teammates scrambled onto the field and Cundiff was off to the other side watching the scoreboard and he was rushed by teammates that's why they were so disorganized but i was thinking all along how in the fuck Harbaugh didn't call a timeout. duh

The Patriots better establish the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball early or Brady will have another Super Bowl film he can't watch biggrin

Yea, I heard on ESPN, Brady said he can't watch that game; he should be watching it maybe he would learn something; but then again don't watch it so he can lose again (thats for the Rip Off win they stole from Oakland long time ago) lol

The game that started that evil empire down in New England biggrin

My key to the Giants winning is can they get to Brady with the front four? If they have to rush more than four, it'll be a long night. Brady will keep hitting Welker and the TEs.

I'm curious to see how The Pats are going use their no-huddle to slow down the Giants front 4...

Draw plays to Green-Ellis could slow them down....

Either way,the Giants front are the key ...

Yep, they have to do to Brady what the Niners did to Eli in the title game.

Randy Moss announced he's coming out of retirement and returning to the NFL. Is this cat for real? Who the hell wants him?

I'll bet he has money problems.
