So after my recent spate of tragic birthday parties, I decided to throw myself a pre-40th jumpoff birthday party for my 39th birthday to show these bitches how it's done. After talking shit about theme parties, I decided to do a pink and black color scheme.

I'ma set it off next year for my 40th in Vegas. But everyone's always saying I never throw REAL parties at my house and after all the shit I been talking about the parties I got invited to this year, I had put my skillz where my mouth is.

Four, one or seven. The other ones are overkill and too busy.

With like a white or cream background though and with all the scrolly details/designs in grey or silver or something. Basically just a muted, soft pastel or neutral color scheme in general.

I'm doing it at my house cuz my friend been asking for years when I'ma do something other than a bbq or superbowl party at the crib. Fuckers! Since I'm doing my 40th in Vegas this year seems like a good way to kick it off.

The only thing is that my decor is all earth tones and I don't know how that pink/black gonna work against a bunch of gold and green. Whatchu think?

I'm a roll that rug up and move the couches around so that'll be the dance area opening into the kitchen. And i'm going to move the side chairs out.

I leaning toward 2 but 8 has that spunk but 2 catches my eye right away...
