Thanks for the link about splenda. Another product that is in all the chewing gums, unless you go to whole foods market to purchase, is "aspertame." Don't be fooled to think it's okay to injest it.

Depends on the coffee. A really good coffee doesn´t need any sugar or cream. But I use a bit of sugar and cream anyway because I´m used to it. I always use freshly ground coffee....I put it in the grinder and only use just the amount that I want to drink, so that the rest stays fresh. This is a ritual that I follow religiously. Cool, white and sophisticated

I prefer Spanish-style café con leche where the milk is heated up in a pan and the coffee is poured into it & sweetened.

Today I stopped by a Columbian bakery that's on the way to work and got one.

I can't stomach Dunkin' Donuts coffee for some reason (it goes right through me!)...I like Starbucks white chocolate mocha (either hot or iced)...and for my daily fix I go to 7-Eleven for some Columbian coffee with French Vanilla creamer.

yeah...the behavior afterwards was reaaaally bad. I don't think Boston would do that, some think they would have but...I think Boston fans are used to loosing game 7's and finals in general so...I don't think we would have gotten THAT upset.

Glad I didn't have to find out though.
