It depends.

At Dunkin Donuts, a hot coffee would be Black with a shot of Raspberry, 5 sweet-n-low.

An iced coffee would be very dark with skim, a shot of blueberry, a shot of french vanilla, 5 sweet-n-low.

At Starbucks, the hot coffee tastes like burnt cow shit, so I get an Iced Caramel latte, double caramel, a shot of toffee nut, 2 sweet-n-low, and skim milk.

lol

Imaginative

My wife and I make a pitcher of iced coffee about every 4-5 days. To a full pot of coffee, we add about 1/4 2% milk and probably about the equivalent of a 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar for every glass that's poured. I generally only drink it first thing in the morning, but very occasionally have a small glass in the afternoon if I'm craving.

Me: A large coffee, double double.

Canadian orgers know what I'm talking about. wink

Except, no one actually says "coffee". It's just "large double double".

I used to get french vanilla, but I gave them up...too fattening. sad

hmm..I wonder if a double double is the same thing as a dunkins extra extra? (extra cream extra sugar)

highfive And before I started using the French Vanilla International Creamer, I used canned or evaporated milk, too! If I'm in a pinch and I don't have any creamer or canned milk, I'll use 2% milk or whole milk.

Oddly enough, while I never put sweetener in hot coffee, I always put just a tiny bit (one packet of Truvía per liter) in iced coffee. It helps to smooth out any bitterness, which becomes more pronounced when the coffee is chilled.

Hate to drink it...but love the smell.

On the rare occasion that I do drink it...I like it really creamy....and Hazelnut would be the go-to flavor for me.

Yea lots of ppl who constantly drink it..still hate the smell I've come to find... and it's completely the opposite for me. Sometimes I just sit in front of a Starbucks just to catch the whiff of coffee brewing...I'm weird lol

Depends on the coffee. A really good coffee doesn´t need any sugar or cream. But I use a bit of sugar and cream anyway because I´m used to it. I always use freshly ground coffee....I put it in the grinder and only use just the amount that I want to drink, so that the rest stays fresh. This is a ritual that I follow religiously. I can´t stand it when people fuck up coffee. Then again, I´m not THAT much of a snob and don´t turn down a coffee that someone made for me, even when it´s just instant coffee. Sometimes I make Turkish coffee which requires a bit more time and skills and is something that not everybody can drink. I also like good Italian coffees and have nothing but respect for how they serve and drink coffee and what they do with coffee.

I can´t stand castrated "coffee" like decaf or some franchise shit like all those chilled coffee drinks they serve at certain places. I´m oldschool.

But I don´t mind a Senseo type of coffee at work if it´s strong enough.

Thanks! lol

Coffee is indeed a very sexy hot beverage. It wakes you up, it makes you feel good when consumed in moderation, and it can boost your libido when you don´t gulp down huge amounts of it on a daily basis. I also love tea though. wink
