That's what I thought. In cases like this, doesn't it often turn out that the victim did it to himself?

I was thinking the same thing, but then I thought maybe it was just a really busy Wal-Mart. I also thought maybe it was "Super Glue".

A quick search tells me it takes 2-10 seconds for Super Glue to "set", but can take up to 24 hrs for it to completely dry. Not sure any of that is accurate, though.

Maybe he really is the victim. But it always seems sketchy to me that someone would sit down without checking the seat. Or wiping it off. Or using one of those sanitary guard things.

And of course the idea of using the bathroom at Wal-Mart in the first place is a disgusting idea that most sane people would shun. Yuck.
