You're right, he definitely commands the screen in any time he appears. Nobody plays cracky/crazy with such panache. Member Sugar Hill? Man, I LOVED him in Deep Cover. It seem him and Larry have an affinity for working together.

I always thought "Sugar hill" was a great film with great acting. And yeah William Clarance was great in it. Sad film though.
