Jessica Vega's Cancer Hoax This nut job faked leukemia, raises thousands in donations from individuals as well as all levels of the wedding industry and even fooled her groom! Her story was all over the press because she claimed she would die soon and even had a 1 year old baby that would be left behind. In the end, Vega got to experience her ultimate dream wedding before she was found out. As a result of the hoax, her groom has served her with divorce papers. She should be buried up to her neck and stoned.........
