Soo has anyone seen this? Apparently its supposed to be some out of this world genre defining film. I love the idea. Then again, I loved the idea of Walled In too and lets just say that wasnt really executed to my liking :-C

So for those who have seen this, does it live up to the hype?

I'm sick of these "torture horror" movies. This one should've FLATLY put the "I'll take it far untill your stomach is chopped by itself" tag.

I personally don't see any redeeming value of this kind of stuff... and certainly nothing worthy to be considered "entertainment". The world is a horrifying enough place without inventing nightmarish tripe such as this.

But whatever... to each his own, I guess.

I agree with what was said above, these gratuituous torture and gore films are getting pretty tired. They're boring, and exist only to turn stomachs. Some of the details are certainly creative and the special effects are often impressive, but the idea itself is not interesting. It's just gross.

I won't be seeing this.
