I hope that there's a murder investigation going on. That Witch with a "B" pushed him, or conked him over the head with something causing him to fall. Gary is short, he didn't have that far to fall to cause such fatal injuries. Perhaps she tossed him over the balcony at the top of the staircase. She is pure evil...evil incarnate. Whether or not she gets any money all varies in regards to the state that she lives in. I do not know Utah family law. Even though they are divorced, since she still lived in the household, she could possibly put up a fight in court to maintain ownership of the house (if they owned it), and she might get something. However, i would like to think that no self respecting Judge after listening to that 911 call, and after viewing that death bed picture would even consider giving her anything. If it was the fall that caused it, he would have had to fall with a lot of force. I think someone smashed his head into that floor. You'd think that if he was just hit on the head with something (i.e a blunt trauma) the type of impact would be different than if you slipped...

Yanno, I was on another board, and we were saying the same thing. We were saying this before he died. We said that virtually Gary TOLD on her by denying something that he did not have to deny. He said "Just because I have this scar on my head from falling, does not mean that she pushed me". And nobody on that panel even asked him if she pushed him. Damn, how many times was he going to fall and hit his head? I think he was crying out for help on that interview.

Wow!!!

The bitterness exhibited by Gary and the discord between him and Shannon is so strong and incredibly sad. They were mismatched on so many levels and you can see that they are clearly disillusioned with each other and possibly thought this marriage or relationship was going to bring relief to their already troubled lives. Gary is bitter for not be able to make the kind of living he wants and having been taken advantage of in the past, not to mention having a hard time getting away from his "Different Strokes" character. Shannon thought she was marrying up and she sees she married somewhat downward..no pun.
