You don't have any business calling me names for a damn thing. I have every right to ask my childs doctor questions ... to research a topic and whatever I need to do to keep my child healthy. and if the doctor try's to intimidate ...and or gets nervious ... I mean this doctor REALLy reacted in a funny / odd way... to my questions and he didn't want to answer them.... at first....but I have a every right to notice and to choose. so kiss off. I'll bet you don't have any kids under the age of 5... at present. You don't know what the hell you're talking about. The mercury issue is old news, and vaccines have only become safer in the past 10 years. The manufacturers actually responded to the general unfounded freaking-out over their preservatives and changed them in almost all vaccines. Mercury is a natural part of our surroundings, and while large quantities are clearly unsafe, there is no reason to think that the minute amounts that kids miiiight still be exposed to are harmful. When it comes to all chemicals, dose is everything. The wrong dose of almost ANYthing will kill you, and the right dose of almost ANYthing is either beneficial or harmless. You're making it sound as though an extremely devoted parent (PunkMistress) doesn't give a fuck about her kids, and it's generous of her to not tell you exactly where to put your fool head. '... In particular preferred embodiments the composition or vaccine comprises more than one antigen ... such as influenza A and influenza B in particular selected from of one or more of the human H1N1, H2N2, H3N2, H5N1, H7N7, H1N2, H9N2, H7N2, H7N3, H10N7 subtypes, of the pig flu H1N1, H1N2, H3N1 and H3N2 subtypes, of the dog or horse flu H7N7, H3N8 subtypes or of the avian H5N1, H7N2, H1N7, H7N3, H13N6, H5N9, H11N6, H3N8, H9N2, H5N2, H4N8, H10N7, H2N2, H8N4, H14N5, H6N5, H12N5 subtypes.' The patent was published in March 2009, a month before the virus was released in Mexico in April, but it was filed seven months before this 'new strain' was officially known about. It is the most blatant set-up you could ever see. The patent includes the following ingredients and toxicity warning: 'Suitable adjuvants can be selected from mineral gels, aluminium hydroxide, surface active substances, lysolecithin, pluronic polyols, polyanions or oil emulsions such as water in oil or oil in water, or a combination thereof. Of course, the selection of the adjuvant depends on the intended use. E.g. toxicity may depend on the destined subject organism and can vary from no toxicity to high toxicity.' Nice. Sorry, what was your issue with this? Are you suggesting that Baxter invented swine flu? You do understand that H1N1 is not new, and the flu jumping from one species to another is not some never-before-heard-of, shocking thing? You do also understand that they're saying at the end there that what is toxic to one species may not be toxic to another, right? They're not saying that they might give highly toxic vaccines to humans. So. . . Are you ready? You`re running out of time. http://www.youtube.com/wa..._rI7kfdO1A Love...thy will b done

If I could go back and change history? Maybe I would not have had him vaccinated. But it would have been a personal choice. I am never going to tell other parents not to.
I think thats the question, why one childs outcome was autism and not your other children. Maybe instead of trying to ban vaccinations or to enforce vaccinations, they need to find out why it triggers (if in fact it does) in some children and not others. I met someone recently who's child at the age of 4yrs old (he's now 20) developed grade 1 diabetes and they told him they think some vegetables can trigger it, sort of a bacteria, but should we ban vegetables?. They need to find out why? I wonder if the strength of the vaccination is too much for some children. I know some medications even headache tablets effect me, my body can't take it, so unless absolute necessary I don't. Having said that, I had my children vaccinated, again I was given the reports and it was my choice. Anyway, my love to you..

Can somebody (Mods?) please lock this nonsense up already... It's dangerous to keep re-hashing nonsensical medical theory.
We've all had our turn now, there are those that believe in the safety of vaccinations and those who obviously need them... I have two kids, 6 & 3, all vaccinated, all in perfect health. I'm vaccinated, feel great too! my please do the with me... A working class Hero is something to be ~ Lennon

My daughter has had all the obligatory vaccines, yet her paediatrician had told me (13 years ago) that in his own opinion not all vaccines are necessary and some of them can be considered harmful since the statistics showed that death rate from the vaccination exceeded the death rate of the actual disease.
There's no way I or my daughter are going to have the vaccine for the new flu though. I am but mad north-northwest

It's not impossible that some vaccines can trigger autism spectrum disorders in certain children, and like you said, we need to be seriously looking into why they do if that's the case. But a blanket ban on vaccines or avoidance of them by parents makes no sense. spelling problems edit [Edited 9/9/09 14:06pm] "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"
