ok, to make a long story short, someone I know and love dearly absolutely believes in the disclosure project.

So much to the point that she now entertains ideas that the Queen of England and most of the royal family of England are V-type creatures disguised as human beings. I know this sounds absolutely hilarious, but she totally believes it. In every fiber of her being, she believes it.


Part of the theory of these various yahoo groups associated with the disclosure project is that there are extra-terrestrial beings who are in control of the various governments of the world and in bed with the rich and powerful owners of corporations.



What I really hate about all this, is that she entertains absolutely NO alternative theories I present to her. For example, she thinks that the aliens are placing poisons in our water like flouride, and toxins in our products as a way of killing human beings off through cancer, etc. etc.
She honestly believes this.

What I hate about this is that we don't need a "devil" or boogie man to explain the evils of the world. All you need are sins like greed and sloth, etc. to do it.

Are you talking about that David Icke stuff? I think he´s a weirdo and I have a hard time to understand how so many people would fall for his stupid theories.
I mean, he really seems to believe that we´re being controlled by some lizard species and that Lady Diana knew about this and that´s one of the reasons why she died ( she supposedly used to call Queen Elizabeth II a lizard).

That´s where I stopped reading his sci-fi bullshit.

However, I do find it weird how dragons became a huge part of various cultures and myths and fairytales in so many different regions on earth. I watched this film called "Reign of Fire" on TV the other day, starring Christian Bale and Matthew McConaughey, and the whole storyline was pretty much based on this theory that dragons used to exist ages ago and in the film, dragons come back and kill mankind and destroy the big cities, so, in essence, it is loosely based on this whole lizard stuff.

How people can believe in David Icke´s reptilian theories is beyond me though.

I mean, he´s not using it as a metaphor or something...and if he´s right, why haven´t they killed him yet for "telling the truth"?

This all reminds me of that 1980s TV series "V" or whatever it was called.

I´ve just watched a bit of that footage you provided a link for, and it is sooooo boring to watch and listen to.They go on and on and on without any evidence.I´m surprised that so many semi-famous people support this stuff.

Maybe there´s some more interesting footage at the end ?

I think you're friend needs to see a doctor. I'm not being flippant. I talk to people like this everyday and most of them have been clinically diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic.

One of my best friends became schizophrenic and paranoid in the early 90s. He was very much the way you describe your friend. We´re still friends and he´s a bit better these days but he´ll never be the same as he was before he had his psychosis. I have in fact quite a few buddies who became psychotic in the mid 90s, some , but not all of them, due to smoking too much hash at an early age, which is really bad for your brain when you´re not grown up yet.
