Then that Ferrari was stopped lol. That's my whole point. EVERY player has been stopped, whether it was due to a bad game, bad reffing, illness/injury, good/great D played on him - they were stopped. No player is unstoppable in ANY sport.

An off night is not the same as good defense. U tripping.

Never said that. And nevertheless, he was stopped. Thus he isn't UNSTOPPABLE.

Not based on what I saw last night. In the regular season, the Lakers blew the Rockets away each fourth quarter and went 4 - 0. They did it by changing the Rockets' tempo - they made the Rockets rush everything.

Last night, the Rockets imposed their will on the Lakers. The Lakers could not get them out of their game. Adelman pushed all the right buttons. Aaron Brooks made D Fish look like an old, old man. Lamar Odom was so slow, I wanted to offer him a walker. Bynum was no factor at ALL. Gasol looked like he was the one with the flu.

And Kobe? Until the end of the game, dude had 30 points but only one free throw. He could not or would not drive the lane. The Rockets cut off every path he had. Kobe went off with jumpers, and you know what? I'll take my chances that he doesn't hit 13 out of 15 every night (or whatever he shot in the 2nd half. Dude was on FIRE).

The Rockets won and did not use Scola or Battier to any great effect on offense. Nor did Von Wafer do much. The Rockets have many more arrows in their quiver.

And Yao Ming is the freaking MAN!

1 game. Kobe was sick. The rest of the team had an off night...and the Rockets barely won. I see a 15pt+ blowout Game 2. My only concern is Yao out manning Pau. When YAO mans-up over your Big...that's pretty sad.

Almost - 13 points. thumbs up!

You were right, but I'm not going to complain about going 1 - 1 in LA.

Even though I thought Derek Fisher's move was cheap, for some reason I loved it. Scola's flop would have made Jerry Sloan proud.

What do you think the odds are that David Stern will apply the rules and suspend Kobe Bryant for game 3 for throwing an elbow above the chest? I'd say -0-.

Kobe is the strangeest officiated superstar I've ever come across in the NBA. Dud egets MORE bullshit calls against him and rarely gets that "superstar treatment"....very strange to me. But I wouldn't be surprised if he was suspended.

The whole suspending players thing is getting way out of hand. It's real DUMB 2 suspend players in the playoff's.

This "Rough Stuff" that's going on in the NBA playoffs is funny to me, it's no where near as Rough as it used to get back in the 70's,80's, and 90's.

I loved what House said afterwards - when a dude's getting his ass kicked on the court, he resorts to stuff like that.

Nope. Dead serious. Remember those 2 bogus-ass suspensions for Kobe a few years back for "Non-basketball move"?...Yet NON ONE ELSE have EVER been charged/suspended with doing a "Non-basketball move" since? It was bullshit.

The Rockets might as well pack it up, because they have made the Black Mamba mad. Phil Jackson has lit a fire under the Lakers and this series is going 5 games; Lakers win.

But still - you think the Fakers will win both games in Houston? LOL.

We're getting killed by the Cavs again. Really missing Horford and Williams, not to mention half the team that supposedly IS out there playing. Still, every 50/50 call so far has gone the Cavs way, what is that???
