They found empty pill bottles and suicide notes all over his room. His friends always said he had a lot of demons, a dark side that would surface every now and then.

She seemed like a bad sista and was gonna ride this out with Jayson. I believe she's an attorney. Sorry to hear all this is going on with him. Hope he gets through it. On second thought, looks like dude might be crazy according to her divorce filing. She betta get that money before it all disappears. http://www.nypost.com/sev...155022.htm [Edited 4/28/09 7:07am]

Seriously, I get your affinity for Seattle teams - we lost the Oilers, so I know what you're going through with the Sonics. It sucks. But it gets old waiting for all those graphics to load. Especially on the NFL threads. And same for whoever posts all the Pittsburgh photos. I would say. Are you on dialup. But I won't. I'm not. Like I said. It won't last forever. Nope, broadband. OK, I'll just say it - it's annoying. And this thread is about the NBA playoffs. Not only are the Sonics not in the playoffs, they don't even exist anymore.

Judge orders Rodman to pay Vegas casino employee
LAS VEGAS (AP) -- A federal judge in Las Vegas has ordered former NBA star Dennis Rodman to pay a former casino employee $225,000 for grabbing and humiliating her at work in March 2006. A lawyer for 28-year-old Sara Ure says Rodman never responded to the civil lawsuit filed against him in November 2007. U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones entered a default judgment against Rodman on Monday. No lawyer for Rodman was cited in the case file. Rodman's marketing agent did not immediately respond to a phone message seeking comment. Ure is a former beverage manager at the Hard Rock Casino. She accused Rodman of grabbing her and forcing her to dance, holding her against her will and slapping her backside in front of subordinates and patrons.

The posts were about the prospect of a future return of an NBA team to Seattle. You turned the talk to images and the fact the team is gone which was always obvious. Your just slingin for no reason. Your eyes deceive you. Your still gonna be able to talk playoffs. The images aren't on page 3. So feel free to enjoy the rest of the NBA thread. I'm out. No reason to post.

I'd like to see seattle get the sonics back too. Even though i'm a philly fan i've always enjoyed watching them play when they had good teams from (the gus williams, dennis johnson, downtown freddie brown era), my fellow columbia, sc native Xavier McDaniel, and Shawn"puffy"Kemp. Don't laugh at my funk

Tough times these days for Pro Basketball in Seattle. Gus and DJ legends. Xman and Kemp. I still have autograph photos of both of them. Great Sonics games. Last second shots. Blow outs. 3 pt duels. All sorts. I've seen Magic Johnson play. Jordon play in the NBA Finals and All live in person. Good times. I know the NBA will return to Seattle sooner or later. All we have now is the past. But it's not all bad. We got an NBA Championship and a lot of good memories.
