**disclaimer** I am, by no means, a Kobe Bryant fan or defender....but riddle me this, Batman...

...Kobe gets all but leg-whipped and no foul gets called (flagrant after the fact)...yet Lebroney gets bumped with mere ticks on the clock, trips over his own feet, and gets the call...hmmm

Seriously, is the fix in?

I'm really geting bored with the NBA refs and their obvious biased calls. When is the NFL season starting?

C'mon man, who got more calls than Jordan? I'm still ticked off about the Charles Smith play from '93.

? Smith got his shot blocked 4 times in a row. There was no call 2 make.

Oh yes there was. If the roles were reversed, there would have been a call. You breath on Jordan, he got the whistle, like LeBron now.

I don't know if I agree with that. Jordan was get the beat down from the Knicks and the Pistons. Back then , there was a great deal more contact than there is now. It's not even close.

Yeah, Jordan would get "beat" down by the Knicks, but Charles Smith did get fouled. biggrin

Charles Smith was stupid though, he should of tried to dunk the ball on that play instead of those pussy-fied layup attempts, I remember LMAO at the two Knick fans I was watching the game with back in 93.

youtube: Bulls @ Knicks 1993 ECF Game 5: Michael Jordan 29/10/14.

I see a Ho Grant and Jordan with a strip (arm) of Charles. A block on the arm. I agree that he got blocked. But there were two pieces where he got hit...and no call. I understand to, back then, in the last seconds of a game, the refs would let the teams play. But on two of the blocks, Charles was hit. In todays game, that would have been called. Back then..nope. But he did get fouled.

...and like I said before, if that was Jordan instead of Smith, he gets the call. Case closed.

Denver's failure to execute in the 4th quarter is costing them big time this series.

It is freaking Denver for crying out loud. A pressure situation, Denver always chokes.

Lakers fans always know and saythat Odom is the X- factor. This cat is soo talented, but he only plays when he feels the need to. sad

Not this year, they haven't. The Lakers have just been better at closing out games in this series.

Yep. Odom and Rasheed Wallace are so frustrating to watch. Those cats have hall of fame talent - they could be devastating if they want to. But for whatever reason, they can't put it all together.

I'm looking a the final few minutes of the 3rd quarter when the
nuggets were up by 73-66, all of a sudden it looks like they
started throwing the game. I saw two back to back passes one from
chauncey where they passed it to the opposing team. I'm like wtf.
They weren't steals. The nuggets just passed the ball to the opposing
player for no reason. The lakers d stifled the nuggets in the final quarter
but the end of the third quarter when the lakers trailed by seven and
those unforced nugget turnovers that allowed LA to tie it up just smelled
foul.
Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint
