Anybody that posts here a lot is an attention whore by nature.

So me too.

You have the extremes and the less extreme but anybody in here basically loves getting attention.

So this is a pretty uninteresting thread, so far.

It would be more interesting be to ask why everybody in here loves getting attention.

Is it like that or like

Ehm yeah, I guess so, but doesn't anybody who loves getting attention also thrive on it? That's kind of self evident.

Question is why do you thrive on it? Why do you crave it? For example: What's bugging you in real life - is it perhabs that you get too little attention? The wrong kind of attention? Or maybe is it because you get addicted to attention and as soon as you get less, you start looking for more?

Huh?

Are you asking if it really is true that it's not a case of me not getting a enough attention when I was young?

I got plenty of attention my whole life. That's why I like it now...I am used to it.

Attention gives me energy, stimulation and motivation. I make sure I get the attention I need.....whether it is private or in business at work. I know how to get it when I need it, I am fine without when I don't need it! I wouldn't save I am addicted to it!

Yes, but I did come over and introduce myself to you. I'm telling you. lol I don't think I'm a shy person at all, I'm just much more comfortable one-on-one with people I know.

Oh thanks. nod It's true though. lol I don't get annoyed when I'm not getting attention, like say from a group of people or something, (well not usually anyway smile ) but I do like to talk a lot. About myself mostly if anyone's actually willing to listen to me. lol redface

But I also absolutely NEED one-on-one attention most of the time. Sometimes I feel like this:

"I will not be IGNORED Dan!"

Not in a bunny boiling sense, but just because I think that line is so funny and it always plays in my head if I'm not getting attention from someone that I really want it from. lol
