That's Baloji, a Belgian rapper with Congolese roots that I discovered about 2 months ago. He was adopted long time ago and only recently found his natural mother. His last album (Hotel Impala) is a concept album where I tells the story of his life to his mom. L'autre côté de la mer L'autre côté de la mère dig it ?
