ive only see them when i was tripping.

did you drop some LSD?

only twice, years ago

the floaters appeared very recently so i don't think it's related

it seems laser is the safest option 2 try 2 remove 'em (surgery seems too dangerous), i'm gonna try it as soon as i come back from india in january

it must be an acid flash back, i get them sometimes nod

Floaters are actually pretty common. I've had them since I was in elementary school.

Normally you see them when staring at a solid field of color (for me, when staring at a blue cloudless sky). They are a problem when they appear sporadically and hamper your vision. My wife started getting them frequently - sometime appearing like black dots streaking across her vision. She was diagnosed with a partially-detached retina and had to get surgery.

I get them once in a while. For some reason I mostly seem to notice them in the shower. lol

That's probably because you're looking at a clear white (or otherwise evenly bright-coloured) background when you do that. Looking at a clear sky has the same effect. Normally the background is too chaotic for these little variations in the field of vision to be noticable.

Oh my gosh!!! This happens to me. When I look at white walls or any white background. I was at a lecture once and the guy was standing in front of a big white dry erase board and there started to appear a yellow glow around him. I see all sorts of things. I see streaks, black snaky things, shadow floaters, dot floaters, halo's. At first it freaked the hell out of me because it just happened out of the blue when I was about 16. I went to an opthomologist and he said there is nothing wrong with my eyes and to come back if I start seeing a storm of floaters. So, while not satisfied with that advice, I just put it out of my mind. Now it's just an annoyance.

If I fixed my gaze at a solid-color field, like the sky, I could notice them as a child. Assuming I still have them, they are pretty much invisible to me now.

It's really not that bad...I was scared and nervous at first...but now I feel it's the best thing I could have done. It takes just a few minutes on each eye..and poof..all done! biggrin

This shit ever happened 2 any of u? Did u find a cure?

After I did a total colon cleansing (it helps get rid of the pesky little parasites that are in all of our bodies) mine were pretty much gone! I guess thos e little floater critters were um not supposed to be in my eyeballs after all.

Try cleansing that colon it will work wonders for not only that but a plethera of things going on in your system.

I highly recommend this product because it works sooo well.
