By Hollywood standards, she's a morbidly obese cow and that is what makes her a horrible person, rather than her undoubtedly mighty level of ignorance.

Of course, all of the people who perpetuate that viewpoint are terrible human beings and should be given lobotomies. I wouldn't even consider her chubby. I'd take a girl with that kind of body any day of the week, add twenty pounds to that and I'd probably be even happier. Of course she'd have to have a fuck of a lot more going on in her head than Britney Spears, though.

So no, she's not fat but she isn't in performance shape.

If she was 5'6" and 180 lbs I would say she was a bit chubby.
But 125-130? fat? 130 is perfect in my book.

She's in the entertainment industry, and more specifically is a young female pop singer. She's also not of the 'wholesome' brand of female pop music but rather the type where selling sex is as important as the music, and probably more so. Being overweight is tantamount to performing poorly at her job. Rightly or wrongly, looking good is an essential part of the job and she knows that. If you're just talking about her as a regular person rather than worker in the industry she's in, she's not fat and there's absolutely no problem.
