I deal with women's sizes every day. Now, not having seen her in-person or knowing her measurements, I can only go by context.
Given that the pic you've posted is the slimmest-hipped I've ever seen her appear, I gotta go with every other pic/movie clip I've seen and stand by my assessment that, on today's standard size scale, she is most definitely not a 4. | |

she probably flucuates between a four and a six depending on the brand/designer. I wouldn't put her any larger than a six. | |
