I never considered that, but I don't have surround sound hmmm

I was watching the all-star stripper movie Dancing At The Blue Iguana in 5.1 surround sound and with a movie like that, the main appeal obviously is the famous actresses taking it off. There's one scene where a stripper is doing her routine to Echo And The Bunnymen's "Lips Like Sugar" and the song was remixed for surround sound! I was so amazed to hear the song in that format, I totally forgot about the bare breasts on the screen.

That's the power of a good entertainment system. It can make you forget about breasts.

lol you must be getting old!

Maybe! lol

Conversely, I bought the Monster House DVD in part because Siouxsie and The Banshees' "Halloween" is played over the closing credits and I almost sold the thing when the song came on in only 2-channel stereo. pout

Loved it, loved it, loved it. My daughter called it too monochromatic, which I'm not sure what she meant by that, I think it was the whole melcholy tone. Anyway, the last episode was the best sense of closure I've ever seen, I miss the show but I don't have a sense of longing for the characters.

It was one of my all time favorite shows/series ever. The very last show of the series was the best ending I have ever seen. Quality actors/actresses and great writers.
I really miss the show.

it was interesting to c the characters getting old and dying, but clair driving the tin on wheels was a bit silly. I've no great love for cars or for claire.

sometimes nate and brenda could get a little too precious in a "oh look at our intense lives, we're a walking peter gabriel album" kind of way, but i think part of that was tongue-in-cheek...at least, i HOPE i was supposed to laugh at that one episode where brenda asks nate to stop at whole foods on the way home and buy some chocolate silk for the baby. lol

I love this show! Tracy has introduced me to it and we are working our way through the seasons. We're in the middle of season 3 right now!

I like imitating David.
