There's one scene where a stripper is doing her routine to Echo And The Bunnymen's "Lips Like Sugar" and the song was remixed for surround sound! I was so amazed to hear the song in that format, I totally forgot about the bare breasts on the screen. That's the power of a good entertainment system. It can make you forget about breasts. you must be getting old! My Legacy

Conversely, I bought the Monster House DVD in part because Siouxsie and The Banshees' "Halloween" is played over the closing credits and I almost sold the thing when the song came on in only 2-channel stereo.

Loved it, loved it, loved it. My daughter called it too monochromatic, which I'm not sure what she meant by that, I think it was the whole melcholy tone. Anyway, the last episode was the best sense of closure I've ever seen, I miss the show but I don't have a sense of longing for the characters.

I really miss the show. http://www.youtube.com/wa...l4eUKmLujg Thank you!!! I love the song from Sia that they played on the final episode too. Breath me...makes me cry

it was interesting to c the characters getting old and dying, but clair driving the tin on wheels was a bit silly. I've no great love for cars or for claire. [Edited 6/21/07 18:24pm] small circles, big wheels!
I've got a pretty firm grip on the obvious!

sometimes nate and brenda could get a little too precious in a "oh look at our intense lives, we're a walking peter gabriel album" kind of way, but i think part of that was tongue-in-cheek...at least, i HOPE i was supposed to laugh at that one episode where brenda asks nate to stop at whole foods on the way home and buy some chocolate silk for the baby.

I love this show! Tracy has introduced me to it and we are working our way through the seasons. We're in the middle of season 3 right now!
I like imitating David. Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Let'a celebrate his legacy by counting down the most beloved Prince albums, as decided by you!

Best Buy had a really great deal after christmas where it was like 60% off. It lists for $250 , I got it for like $110. I love the packaging
