Going to Trader Joes Right Quick, Want Anything? I'm going to good old Trader Joes to pick up some lunch foods and organic dark chocolate. Anyone want anything before I bounce? Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

I WANT A TRADER JOES WHERE I LIVE SO I CAN GO THERE.
You and Anx make me jealous with your trader joe talk. I did buy some organic dark chocolate on the way home from work because I had a super stressful day and I felt like I needed a drink - instead I bought dark Espresso laced chocolate. [Edited 6/21/07 16:25pm]

they've got really good orange stir fry sauce you can dump on just about anything to make it taste delicious...though their general tso's stir fry sauce is to die for.

those are yummy. i rarely get their prepared stuff because i'll chow right through 'em and it's more cost-effective for me to get ingredients i can cook with, but sometimes i have to give in to the spicy rice bowl whether it's thrifty or not.

You need to send me a list of what you buy there so that I can try it, love trying new things, I'll look for the sause for sure i can make it simple for you: just go to the international foods section, where all the indian/thai/chinese food ingredients are - check out the simmer sauces and the stir fry sauces - then go to the frozen food aisle and check out the veggie medley combos, and pick out what would match the sauces you picked out - then get a big bag of rice (i prefer basmati) - you've got a week or two's worth of dinners right there, depending on how much you picked out! if you do meat, you can add chicken, though i just sautee cubed extra-firm tofu in garlic or sesame oil then add the veggies and then the sauce. that's really the stuff i mainly go to TJs for...that, and whatever looks interesting in the new items section! I think its the curry, coconut and ginger that's the kicker. Something about those flavors mixing with the jasmine rice makes it worthwhile w/a good salad and the rest is history.
