Yes I do! I think I am yet to find him!
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

it's such a depressing concept! lol most people have a number of relationships in their lives; how do you go through thinking you've lost the 'one' over & over, or knowing you wasted your time on someone who wasn't them?

nod I believe that there is always someone out there just for you as you are in that stage of your life. People grow and change and sometimes they grow together and sometimes they grow apart. That is when the next soul mate comes along (hopefully).

I also believe that a soul mate doesn't have to be a romantic partner. When I first met my best friend we were so much alike that it amazed me. I believe he is one of my soul mates, but not a potential romantic partner.

i think we are much more multifaceted than just one person out there for us.
if i was with someone else we would just complement each other differently.

I've given up on love. I think it's because I want that "movie love" which I know is never going to happen. I do better in non-reality.

i feel I've had a couple, too. But the relationships weren't perfect. Maybe some people believe that soul mate equals perfect relationship. I don't expect that from anyone, so I think that may contribute to my belief that there's many.

But a couple in a lifetime isn't really that many when you think about it. In the world I believe there's maybe thousands of potential soul mates for each of us. But finding them is still very hard.

no such thing, I agree. I don't know exactly how to define a soulmate apart from a really strong connection, you know, like a mind meld lol

If there's only "one" for me, that's pretty messed up. Cuz, I thought I would have met her by now.

Unless, of course, the one I wind up with would be considered "the one," ultimately.

Though that would be awfully convenient, now wouldn't it?

Agree with the comments made alreday...

This'll make me sound totally unromantic confused lol but in a world of 6 billion people, I find it difficult to believe that there is this one person that you are supposed to meet in the same place, the same street, the same town, the same country, at exactly the same time... that's madness. lol

I think we can have more than one soul mate and they come in different guises, at different times of our lives. It's just wonderful, and extremely lucky, when you meet these people. nod
