May Day! I love the month of May. Who's with me? 
The weather, the smells in the air, the flowers, knowing the best part of the year is still ahead of us...everything about it makes me feel hopeful. There's always something positive and exciting about this time of year. Who's feelin' it? | |

I'd go with a for May, but for some reason I feel like it should still be Feb, year is going past too fast.Happy is he who finds out the causes for things.Virgil (70-19 BC). Virgil was such a lying bastard! | |

 That's what makes May truly great.
In Sweden (and probably elsewhere too) it is the only month when this tree is in bloom: 
I don't know what it's called in English, but it has one of the most wonderful scents I know. I always pinch off a few twigs and keep them in my home.

. what does it smell like? there is a bush out the front of our place that flowers in february, but it has just flowered again last week  and it smells so nice, but all the petals fall off once you pick a sprig  | |

This one has a very heavy perfume and white flowers, I have no idea what it is or if it is native I thought it weird to flower twice, at 2 quite different times of the year, maybe it is the weather all screwed up confusing it? | |

May is graduation month. It's also Mental Health Month in South Carolina.
