PrintableI'm not sure about everyone being bi-sexual, but I do think human sexuality is very complex. I think of sexuality of along a continuum some people being straight others gay, then variations of bisexuality in between--all varying degrees of normal orientation and experimentation. It's the labeling and lying that is problematic. It's really sad and even dangerous that people have to lie to themselves and then to their partners, resorting to a life on the down-low. But then again, there are some people who are excited by that as well like there are people who are excited by risky behavior in general.

If a man has never had sex with another man and is raped, he is straight because it was done to him against his will. The ones that raped him aren't straight though because they are having sex with a man willingly. Also, if the man that was raped finds that he likes it and starts having sex with men from then on, he was bisexual all along and just didn't know it. It gets confusing.
I don't buy that theory at all about "they are doing it because they don't have access to a woman". Most of the ones doing the raping in prison were having gay sex before they were in prison. The gay clubs are full of "trade" that used to be in prison but they are also full of trade that has never been to prison. From what I've seen, most trade are the criminal type that will probably end up in prison anyway. Someone in prison had to start the whole raping thing and it sure wasn't a limp wristed sissy. Also, as a gay man, if I were thrown in a prison with nothing but women, there's no way I would rape a woman because she doesn't have what I want sexually. I would just be doing a lot of masturbating until my prison sentence was up. A straight man in an all male prison would be doing the same thing. . .
