Chris Cornell's Bond Song Online

It's in super-shitty lo-fi quality, but you can listen to it here.

It doesn't really scream "Bond" but it's a lot better than the last (Madonna) theme. It's probably the rockiest Bond song since 'Live And Let Die'.

It actually sounds like hair-metal from the 1980s. I love it!!!

p.s. I don't think I'm breaking any rules here, because the quality isn't even up to A.M. radio standards.

sounds good even after 1 listen...but i feel it would be more suited to the Spiderman movies or something

I've "obtained" a better quality mp3 now and it sounds even better. There are Bond-esque horn stabs towards the end of the song which you can't really hear in the other file. It does slightly incorporate the 007 theme in the chorus's chord progression but it's very subtle.

I'd go so far as to say it's one of the best Bond themes ever.

I am now gagging to see the film.

It's gonna be fucking great - they've finally made the franchise more mature with less cheese.

Really looking forward to this movie. Haven't listened to this song yet, but I have to say they really had some great songs for the movies back then, like 'Nobody does it better'. That song is ace.

I must be the only one in the world who really dug Madonna's Bond song. boxed It was 1 of only 2 songs on "American Life" that I really loved, and that beat still gets lodged in my head from time to time.

Bond is cheese! That's the point. I don't know that i will like this hard edged bond for the new decade shit. I am reserving judgement - and I don't wanna spoil it. It will be my first cinema event for ages - booking the babysitter for this one!
Happy is he who finds out the causes for things.Virgil (70-19 BC). Virgil was such a lying bastard!

Might be an ok song, but for me, it's REALLY not want I want to hear for a Bond movie. Way too much your ordinary radio rock song. Personally, I think all Bond songs HAVE to be sung by women.
