Simple reason. When you see them walking, they're usually going over to my place, and the ugly one knows she'll be second, so she needs someone to pass the time with until her turn comes.

A minger is slang for an ugly person (normally a woman).

Also, "minging" is slang often used in a different way. EG to describe something as being horrible, disgusting, painful etc. So if you opened the fridge and saw some mouldy food, you could describe that as "totally minging". Or if you've got a headache you can say "my head is minging".
