On your way to the interview, leave a trail of breadcrumbs so you can safely find your way back out.

Works for me! nod

Hope that helps, good luck!! smile

-Think of some questions that they might ask u and go over the answers
when asked a question never say "ummmm....well like..."
-Dont stutter, use your hands when u talk (not too much)
-Give a firm handshake
-Make eye contact
-Ask the interviewer some questions about the company
- be confident

ReturnOfDOOK

Here are some quick tips from DOOK:
- Shower
- Dress appropriately - sounds like you should wear at least business casual.
- Don't ramble - just answer the questions confidently.
- Think about possible questions that might be asked - practice your responses in front of a friend.
- Keep eye contact with the interviewer - it shows that you're confident.
- No perfume (or light perfume)
- Smile
- Exude confidence
- Make sure you send thank you letters/emails to everyone you interview with (that means make sure you get a business card from everyone).
- And, have fun - if you get the job, great! If it wasn't a good fit, there will be PLENTY of other opportunities.

Drink a milkshake made with milk, chocolate Nesquik powder and vodka. They are less likely to smell alcohol on you, if you follow this recipe.

to score some brownie points, find out about a current issue pertaining to some of the types of laws practiced by this firm, and ask them how this issue affects their practice (positively, hopefully). that shows that you're up on the news, and that you have considered the impact of outside influences on the firm.

good luck! thumbs up!

when they ask you specific questions, they really don't want specific answers, i.e., something so specific to what you do now that they won't know what you're referring to. be general.

they want to know -

how you handle difficult people
can you 'get it done', are you a go-to
what situations have arisen where you've saved the day.

so think of a time when you were super(wo)man and embellish it.

but not too much.

Don't wear all black, try some muted colours instead, no mini skirt or cleavage if you want to be taken seriously.
Smile when greeting these people and when appropriate. Don't laugh nervously in all the wrong places, it makes you seem like an idiot. Warm dry hands for the handshakes.
But I'm sure you know all these - Good luck!!!!

Whatever you do, don't pick your nose, and, if you do, make sure you do not eat it. I cannot stress that enough!

Anyway, good luck! thumbs up!

"have you any reservationsabout employing me?"
