Profile pictures To save on bandwidth, I've disabled the ability to upload pictures to your profile (sorry). You'll need to find somewhere else (a webserver, perhaps you got some webspace with your ISP account?) to upload the picture and get it working there FIRST, then put the full URL to the picture, in your profile page.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but it makes my life a lot simpler and less expensive  ben -- "the prince.org guy" |

No problem about profile pics (who needs 'em??) just glad we get to keep our avvy's!

Sorry for the inconvenience, but it makes my life a lot simpler and less expensive I have uploaded my profile picture 2 www.photobox.co.uk there u can get a free acccount 2 upload pics and use the link on a site like this. Very easy 2 do in fact, and this way u r able 2 change ur profile picture whenever u want urself
I'm sure there r many more similar sites which u can use 2 do this...so good luck with that! | |

It's better I think. that way you don't have to wait for the approval.

Bummer. I liked my profile picture. It took me forever to find one I could live with. It took some tweaking from Rio for me to finally get the balls to put one up. Oh well. It was fun while it lasted. | |

I just wanted to add, before you go through the trouble of obtaining a site to upload your picture to - read the fine print!
The greater majority of free webspace providers, like Yahoo!, do not allow you to link to your images (esp to discussion forums). They either suspend your account, or your picture just won't show up.
