just wondering, 'cause there seems to be a bit of a gpa in terms of how people are receiving them...y'all who haven't received it, if you're like me, you've been deluging the club with e-mails, asking where it is.

well, yesterday i finally got a response that my box "would be shipped very soon" - which we all know in prince-time means anywhere from weeks to months, y'know, whenever we get around to it.

i swear i'm gonna send the club the receipt for the box i'm gonna have to buy on the 17th, just for the f*ck of it...grr...

It looks like geography doesn't have much to do with whether you get your box set or not. If people in your city are getting it, that doesn't mean that yours has shipped yet.

It's infuriating that two friends of mine got their packages yesterday, and I haven't gotten mine!! They're listening to them right now and I have nothing!! Patience goes out the window in a situation like this...

You guys, like myself, may be victims of a computer glitch. I received word from Gage today that an error occurred during the label making process. Some of us were going to receive two copies of the Box Set. Thus, Gage had to go thru the reports, cancel the orders of those who had two deliveries, and rebook them. Now, I was informed mine was sent yesterday (12/04) via Fed Express Ground. Fed Express takes 1-5 business days (no week end delivery) I hope this helps. As I was politely told, they apologize for the error and are resolving it as fast as possible.

Yep. Me too. As of yesterday it still hadn't shipped. Doesn't matter anyway cuz it's coming by FedEX and they can't deliver to my apartments so if the NPGMC don't give me a tracking number it's gonna get sent straight back to them...

Orlatron, is that definite? I'm in the same situation and I've been trying to find out what Fedex would do if they can't get access.

Unfortunately your box set has not shipped yet. It was showing shipped in
our system but at the last minute the ship method was changed for all the
CDs so the order didn't actually go out. It should be shipping soon. It will
be going by UPS. I apologize for the misinformation.

All I gotta say is I've been waiting since 4 about 9 months (since I got ONA!)...I thought the 2nd CD would come about August and the third & 4th (even a double CD) by December - but then that was when I thought we were getting xenophobia and the other Cds that were mentioned...i don't think its good that I probably won't get 'served first' before the general public...whats the point of joing the damn club - I'm in New Zealand so i knew he wouldnt tour here anyway - I was counting on 4 different CDs/albums...what a rip off!

Does anyone think this might be a new great fast money making plan by prince?Think about it - he sends 1/2 the club members their boxsets before they go on sell to the general public & then they act like " Oh!we need to know if someone in the USA hasn't received theirs yet" That way they can expect more boxset sales from the "over-eager" fans/fams who are tired of the waiting game & can't resist & go out & buy another copy at their local stores!So lets see $85 for Npgmc members the 1st time then$50-60 more for buying at retail store!You know what that means - Prince's favorite saying "more money,more money...(sorry borrowed from "In Living Colours")
