has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaints.

Is $100 enough to pay for customer service??

Come on guys... they paid some gold.. its time 2 treat your customers like gold too!

just got off the phone with my credit card company- explained the problem and informed them that the company had a poor rating with the BBB. I was told that that was enough to warrant a charge back. I'm giving the club till Feb to make good on their contract.
It's not about the money- it's about trust- I won't believe a word in the 2003 renewal email.

As long as we get the CD's we were promised,
or something equivalent (in the spirit of
what we expected) by Feb I will be more than

I don't necessarily expect EXACTLY the 4 CDs
mentioned in the ONA tourbook, as we all know
Prince is notorious for changing his mind
about releases up to the last minute, and that's
fine. As I've said before, I'm almost certain
that 'Last December' was just an early version of
'One Nite Alone...Live!' anyway, so that's one
CD that won't be getting released. But whatever
we get should be in the spirit of what was
promised, i.e. 4 distinct, different albums.

well eye also will wait untill febr. but it doesn't feel good this year nothing is happening .its very borring .and they don't anser anything.if they don't come up with there promise next year they will b out off work.because nobody's is going 2 join again.
prince is maybe having a record deal again eye don't know but its like eye don't need u fools no more.eye also can understand he's very busy .but by honest this year is so wrong.he's always complaining people running away with his work and money.but what does he do just the same .free the slave and he become's the same money freak as the W.B managers.eye have this feeling that the concert will b the last great prince thing we can and will enjoy.if he's doesn't give us what we payed 4. we payed +- 200$ 2 see his concert and oh yes we also had a bonus c.d with 9 songs on it. if eye got the chance in antwerp 2 speak 2 him .eye will tell him .that he have 2 b carefull or he's gonna b banished from his only fams left.but lets wait untill the year is over .

That was smart to check this out with the Better Business
Bureau.
I think joining the club to get VIP concert tickets and to get into the soundchecks and aftershows makes it worth it.

You'll notice that the complaint, or at least the BBB website has the old 1-800-NEW-FUNK listing. These complaints started a long time ago.

What i mean is consumers who are concerned with paid value for $100 and didn't get the cash from their mommy and daddy that they usually buy comic books with. NPG RECORDS INC. (in your membership agreement) is the active agent and owner by name while the others N P G, New Funk, and Paisley Park Retail Company are all together under the parent name New Power Generation.

If the BBB confirms a complaint against 1800newfunk, you need to alert the the tech people at the BBB that your membership agreement is with NPG RECORDS.INC.

I guess in all fairness and realistic probabilities he will probably put something special in the 3-cd set (that will wash away most of the "jerked around" feelings) that will probably not be included in the retail versions. But that still doesn't clear the air from the stink that the customer service repsonses left on the doorsteps of our hearts.
