Not me, I'm from the Netherlands.
But distribution of ONAL is still a mistery.

If stuff was really sent out all at once (to get a bulk discount for the 10.000 or more parcels) delivery dates should be fairly close together for each country around the globe.
Concluding from the reports here I think I can say that this wasn't the case. (I'm still waiting for my merchandise while others appear to have received their set earlier this week)
This leads to the question of: what order is used for sending the sets out? Member-#? Alphabetic per country?
It's still very vague.

It's also strange why the sets weren't shipped all in one go; in the previous months people who asked for their ONA (not Live) CD were told that they would get it in the next wave of mailings. So they really waited to do all the work in one go. But they didn't wait for *all* of the sets to be ready for shipping; no, it looks like they started shipping while packing, causing 'fams' to be wondering where their set is.

Why did they start shipping while still packing the sets?
Why isn't there a longer time span between the release in stores and the shipping to the fans?
Is it really so hard to negociate a few weeks more?
Is it really so hard to manage this project of sending out the merchandise so the 'fams' have as few questions, problems as possible?

Back in the days of the Crystal Ball set, stuff was also sent out fairly close to the street date.
I'm wondering: No one working at the NPGMC and influential enough, learnt from this?

I can go on like this, but I think this is enough for now.
