OK Go's new amazing video "The One Moment" - using 4.2 seconds of footage

That's right. The new OK GO video, "The One Moment", literally filmed 4.2 seconds of footage, math'd the fuck out of the discrete elements in each shot to later align with the music when it was slowed down (sometimes by 20,000 times) into a music video. You'll see the 4.2 seconds of footage at the very beginning, then you'll see the video.

I love OK GO's videos (a bit more than their music), because this shit is real, not CGI. Whoever they're working with over time to create these videos - they should be winning awards left and right. Each video has its own unique story. There's one on Netflix about using the Vomit Comet for an almost-one-take video "Upside Down and Inside Out" a year or two ago.

The video also seems to be part of a promotional partnership with Morton Salt, although I've not dug into the details of that.

The video is on their Facebook (not YouTube as of this posting) so far. The source link above is a Rolling Stone article about it. The lead singer directed this video & talks about the math of it, robot cameras, etc.
