for all you younglings who want to know more about jimi a very iconic figure known to have made a major change upon the landscape of music, add what you know. hopefully some of us older folk will add to this thread.

whether it be fact, trivia, memories of some of his movies, videos of live performances, other peoples views or articles, or whatever, i hope this thread will be in appreciation of one Jimi Hendrixone of the greatest, if the the greatest musicians of a generation.
