I saw him on TV the other day on some TV show hosted by Arsenio Hall doing a song I never heard before about someone named Jessie. lol Ray Parker Jr was on it too and sang Ghostbusters and REO Speedwagon was doing a duet with Pitbull. Now that's a collabo I never saw coming. razz

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

While I don't like "Rocket Science" nearly as much as 2014's "Songs For The End of the World," there are a few songs on here that I think are good that resonate with me. But, there's too much filler and some of the country/rock experimentation doesn't work. But, Rick Springfield has always been under-rated as a good songwriter in my opinion. He put out some good stuff. At least, it works for me. wink

"Raising hand" Rick Is too good. I need to pick this CD up. His last one was rocking! Been a long time fan. He's a great live performer too.
