I think there was a point in time when Kanye West was the most interesting recording artist
on the planet. I never bought one of his albums but I would check out his music videos and
would read any article on him that I came across.

But now, I don't really care about him and because he's not really a musician, but more of a
soundscape artist, he's running out of ideas that hold my interest. I think this could speak to
the limits of rap music?

While the song is regular album pedestrian Kanye, the video leaves much to be desired. After the 5 minute mark it's shock wears thin...and you wonder when its going to go off..or if someone is going to breathe, or move.

He should just stick 2 producing others and stay out of the limelight. He's one of the most tactless, arrogant, narcissistic and ignorant celebrities I've EVER had the misfortune of watching. What a waste of such a beautiful first name (Kanye.) I refuse 2 buy his music and I refuse to watch his stupid ass on television PERIOD. TOTAL waste of time. I ain't hatin', just reLATIN'.

If you can't understand why Kanye is famous at this point, there's no reason for anyone to bother explaining.

But I will anyway. And I'm just going to say that his talents in music bought him to the dance. Just because Kanye is married to a woman who is a talentless media star that garnered international fame from a sextape doesn't mean you should invalidate what he's done to make it where he has.
