Where was D'angelo at Prince Tribute.....WTF Erykah badu?

What happened to D'angelo....He was supposed to be on tribute show.

I'm a Erykah Badu fan but she sounded terrible.

I know Alicia Keys has to promote her new stuff, but was anyone else expecting her to switch up like Maxwell did and do a Prince cover?

She did a great tribute to him in 20Ten, and covered "How Come U Don't Call Me" on her debut. We KNOW she's been down, so it doesn't change anything. But still.

In my mind I pictured D'Angelo, accompanied by Dez and Jesse, doing a medley which consisted of "Do Me, Baby", "Peach" and ''Little Red Corvette" . headbang You can probably imagine how that would've rocked!

I think it was the wrong song for Badu.
Found her performance so bad I almost turned
off the show.
She should have done Paisley Park.
