Prince tributes from other artists.

This thread is intended for other artists paying their tribute to prince in their live performances.

I will kick off by posting a 3-song tribute by Dutch artist Jett Rebel (real name Jelte Tuinstra, 25) during his performance on 04/21/2016, the day Prince died.

The news was only about 4 hours old. Prince was one of Jett's, and many of his band members', inspiration. He did a solo piano-set: Little red Corvette, I wanna Be Your Lover, How Come You Don't Call Me Anymore.

I will always remember this performance as I was on my way to the concert in Antwerp, when the news of Prince's death hit me.

Don't judge, Enjoy!

Who cares? Justin Bieber is nothing but a racist prick anyway. I've haven't forgotten about those now infamous "one less lonely n***er" jokes caught on video.

From Noel Gallagher's gig in Glasgow on Thursday:

Don't be so surprised - he has always said that he is a massive fan. Apparently he played Lets Go Crazy as his intro tape that night.

So many are saying wonderful things about him, telling beautiful stories, even we most devoted fans never knew how much he was loved and by so many.

What beautiful sentiments shared by the music world. Country musicians such as Travis Tritt, Shaniah Twain, Brad Paisley and others had some kind words as well.

This Adam Levine performance is absurdly good. I was stunned because I had no idea he could play the guitar like that

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

I'm really moved by all the coverage on Prince all across the board. What has shocked me the most is it appears other celebrities are big fans and had a deep respect for Prince. That's a testament to just how uniquely talented he was.

Not a tribute explicitly, but I'll be damned if I'm not hearing Prince in other folks' work:

Not sure about the tribute, but Duff has Prince's symbol on his bass.

Yes. No Prince tribute. They didn't have the time to get something adequately together, but Axl dedicated the whole show to him.

Very nice with the strings. Too bad that they're difficult to hear.

This one is magnificent. Jennifer Hudson & the cast from The Color Purple on Broadway.
What P did with his guitar, Jennifer does with her voice.
