..the people in these videos are always ugly and have extreme features like tar black skin, tattoos, gangsta like traits and usually much thicker than usual lips..

You're the one that sounds like a coon.

I actually like that Omi song, he is announcing his faithfulness to his woman despite the pussy being dangled in every direction. Also that song came out in 2012 and flopped. The version from late 2014 has the trumpet solo dubbed in, and that is what made it a hit.

About my earlier comments, referring to Jay Z and Gucci Mane amongst others. Finding fleshy lips and dark skin ugly is not racism. If I met one of these people I would treat them any different. I would tell them their music sucks and ask them how fly that ice cream tattoo will look when he is 67.
Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

I am glad I don't really ever focus/consider lips on folks unless the lips have something to do with mine. Its interesting that there are so many celebs that look a way that the masses couldn't imagine and vice versa, surgeries and implants and tattoos and fake parts. With music unless they're caught pissin on kids or beating the ones they write songs about its better to just focus on the art, people don't look good all the time. People are just disappointing visually at times by nature. Art, music, and other forms of display can make up for that in some cases. Idk we live in a culture where it is fascinating and apparently sexy to pay someone to inflate your behind. Find beauty where ya can.
.
The Omi story you shared is very interesting, that the organic instrument (lawd knows it could be computer or perfected/altered) helped the song to gain its appeal. The other aspects of the song are very robotic/programmed/autotuned but adding a horn made the song reach a larger audience, not adding a guest rapper or a famous guest cameo or making it a disco/EDM remix. Makes me hopeful more will try that instead.

Lady in my office insisted on playing radio Christmas music loudly every day, all day.

I wanted to snatch out her radio and fling it against the wall.

"Pedro offers you his protection."

Starting to dislike Hello.

"Hello? I left you alone in that small town broke, and I'm feeling guilty....!" lol lol lol

I'm joking...

It's still a good song....Maybe, it's the long notes in the chorus..

"I've tried to call you 1000 ti-i-i-i-i-i-i-imes!"

Really? 1000 times? What about Facebook? E-Mail?

People know where to find the people that they abandoned or mistreated nowadays..

Anything by Fifth Harmony or Ariana Grande. I don't know the names of their songs, and I haven't heart a single top 40 hit by a male artist in 2015. It's all noise with no hooks, makes Katy Perry's hits sound godly.

"Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" and it's not even close. Pure garbage and it's embarrassing how it managed to be such a success.

2015 was actually a half decent year for music overall and was a nice repreive after a bad 2013 and an incredibly terrible 2014.
