I don't think I've heard 30 albums released in this decade.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

like Mickey I'm not sure if I have even bought 30 new releases within the last 5 years, but yeah, probably I have smile
too lazy to look all of them up now, but my list would include the last few albums by Janelle, Kandrick, Mayer Hawthorne, some Funkadelic, and Rebecca Bakken with her Tom Waits cover album. sure I'm forgetting some though
but number one - way up above the rest - is Black Messiah without a doubt
