I can't believe noone has ever brought this guy up yet.

This kid's music has been described as "D'angelo-esque indie pop" by many, which I think is quite fair but somewhat misleading. He has his own style and I think he has a huge potential. I also watched a clip of him doing an interview in his bedroom with a Cody Chesnutt's Headphone Masterpiece poster on the wall; that's it I'm sold.

So, yay or nay?

I say not bad. Just as good or better the majority of stuff that's out right now imo.
