No. There are differences starting from the vocal breakdown of each version.

GEORGE BENSON: The Ultimate Collection (RHINO/WARNER, 2015)

Disc: 1

5. Love Ballad (Album Version)

I hope this version is the 5:15 original "Livin' Inside Your Love" album version. They always include the 4:17 with no detaled info of which version it is. The original CD needs serious sound treatment.

Let's hope...

Japan's DISCO 1000 BEST COLLECTION is out.

Includes low-cost reissues of Janet Jackson and Donna Summer but it's worth adding that they are part of a wide series of reissues that also includes Lipps Inc, Debarge, Kool and the Gang, Tavares, Atlantic Starr, Village People and Chaka Khan. Each album is 1000 yen, equivalent to £5.59 or 8.24 US dollars or 7.85 euros. There are no bonus tracks. They are only available until June 20.

Among all those, Rufus & Chaka Khan's fantastic album Masterjam is well worth picking up. As well as the budget reissue, there's an SHM-CD for 1714 yen (just under a tenner).

[DISCO 1000 BEST COLLECTION supervised by DJ OSSHY] Low-priced reissue with a description. Cover design is based on its original artwork. Available for a limited period of time until June 20, 2015.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton
