In my book, if u "recreate" someone else's notes.....it is the essense of sampling. If that's the case, Prince would've been sued 10Xs over for "recreating" blues chords and James Brown riffs. |

That's a good point.Prince has songs that seem to be "based" on ideas from other artists.Such as his new song "U Know",which uses a sample. |

I'm talking about Pharell at the moment. Prince has a cataloge of Prince songs. FOOLS multiply when WISE Men & Women are silent. |
