I think 'Baby Be Mine' is one of the most underrated love songs of all time

The vocals, the metaphors, the passion in his voice, I don't know why this song is always overshadowed when people talk about Thriller or MJ in general

I agree. One of my favorites on the album. It also sounds very similar to, Manhattan Transfer's, "Spice of life", which Rod Temperton also wrote.

Totally agree, this track is one of my top favorites from the album, dont know why so many sleep on this track. It's an R&B classic imo, still sounds great today even after over 30 years music
