Well there is no official release like that, so, any actual example would have to be a bootleg or a homemade thing.

It's a pretty obvious joke, there's probably more than one version out there. But I had heard of that 3-lp bootleg of Let It Be outtakes back in the 80s, it's fairly well known I think.
