Two 80's Female Country Stars Get Remastering Treatment!

If anyone remembers Lacy J. Dalton and/or Janie Fricke, Morello Records will be reissuing Dalton's 80's chestnuts, "Takin' It Easy" and "16th Avenue" as well as Fricke's "Best Of Janie" and "Saddle The Wind" as twofers. Depending upon sales and demand, more remasters will follow. Dalton hit the Country Top 10 with the single, "16th Avenue" in 1984 and Fricke is a two-time CMA Female Vocalist Of The Year, 1982 & 1983 with numerous Top 10 singles under her (studded) belt such as "He's A Heartache (Looking For A Place To Happen,") "Tell Me A Lie," "If Your Heart's Not In It" and "Always Have, Always Will." Sadly, Dalton's career did not match that of Fricke's, but did feature some hit songs here and there which include "Hard Times," her take on "The Tennessee Waltz" and "Dream Baby (How Long Must I Dream.") smile

Hungry? Just look in the mirror and get fed up.
